This week’s featured release comes from Morning Musume ’15.

Morning Musume ’15 – “Seishun Kozou ga Naiteiru / Yuugure wa Ameagari / Ima Koko Kara

Its been exactly 6 months since Morning Musume last released a single and a lot has happened in that time. Michishige Sayumi no longer being with the group and the introduction of a 12th generation being the two big things. It’s an interesting time to be a Musume fan (or a returning one, hello friends) that is for sure. As far as this single goes, it’s in keeping with what we’ve come to expect from Hello! Project’s flagship group over the past couple of years. While for me personally, it’s one of their weaker releases since their return to wider popularity but that could just be due to release fatigue. Hello! Project certainly has been cranking out singles recently.

A super quiet week this week for some reason. If Morning Musume aren’t your thing, take a minute to check out Himekyun Fruit Can’s new single. It isn’t super groundbreaking or anything but it’s a really solid effort. Until next time.
