NSK037 – Heavily Edited

Recorded March 26th, 2011.

There were some technical problems with this week so we had to resort to the backup recording. On top of that, there were some audio slip ups so those had to be edited as well. Other than that, another episode of NSK this week featuring Gacharic Spin, SCANDAL, Majidesuka SKA PV, Smileage Covers, and a discussion about looking back on our current youth.

Opening:
AKB48 – Baby Baby Baby
Closing:
SKE48 – 1, 2, 3, 4 Yoroshiku
AKB48 – UHHOUHOHO
AKB48 – Chance no Junban

  1. STAGG CHILI SON, represent.

I can’t believe you bleeped out all of that. I thought there was some sort of audio problem going on. Hey man, *BEEP* looks pretty good in a maid outfit. Regardless of whether or not you think her belly button makes your stomach feel weird. I can understand why you would feel weird though… I lean more towards the, “those are my girls” point of view rather than the, “man those girls are hot and I want to do dirty things to them” view.

I like Geobama. And Trongaki never gets old. Jesus.

  2. Also I forgot to say that 1 2 3 4 Yoroshiku has good lyrics because Akimoto is a better lyricist whereas Tsunku is a better rockstar.

Akimoto man… you write some good shit.

  3. I don’t know if this is what David was talking about, but this Youtube user has alternate versions of the Sakuki release; it’s basically just more close-ups and dance shots.

I don’t know how official this channel is, anyone know what they are from?

Also, great discussion. I remember once I walked out on my friend who said “that’s not music”; I wasn’t even a fan of the song myself, I was just ticked off at the words he chose and the way he said it.

  4. David, thank you for bringing up Gacharic Spin.

I think I might have found one of my new favorite Japanese bands.
