New PV Alert: Yurumerumo! – Gachagaki

For their latest digital release, Yurumerumo! (You’ll Melt More!) run wild in the night air with “Gachagaki (ガチャガキ)”. Shot under cover of darkness and aged to look like analog tape, “Gachagaki” starts by giving us a pizza and beer rooftop party with the girls and proceeds to explain how the girls all got there. A YouTube video of Ano performing seems to be the catalyst here inspiring the girls ride or die, and to tell the truth I would follow follow Ano around after ditching any present company. There are plot points here about Ano’s guitar, but I’m sure you’ll figure it out with a single viewing. “Gachagaki” plays a bit like kids getting up to no good when the heat becomes oppressive, and I sure did appreciate the fiction of the PV. “Gachagaki” is available as a digital single now.

Yurumerumo! (You’ll Melt More!)

Yurumerumo! or “You’ll Melt More!” is a New Wave Girls Group formed on October 4, 2012. Their catchphrase is “We came to loosen everyone’s heart! We, You’ll Melt More, more!” The group’s name is a play on words between the name of the idol unit and the verb “yurumeru” meaning “loosen” in Japanese. The group’s current lineup includes Kechon (けちょん), Chiffon (しふぉん), Younapi (ようなぴ), and Ano (あの).
