More Studio Live music today from Wa-Suta and the NEKONOTE band as they gear up for their October 8 free live at Yoyogi Park. This time, the fortunate pairing delivers their rendition of “PLATONIC GIRL”. The rock arrangement of the song work remarkably well with the band; they deliver a remarkably faithful adaptation. “PLATONIC GIRL” features the vocals of Ruka and Nanase with the rest of the girls playing background dancers. I can’t stress enough how much “PLATONIC GIRL” rocks. Ruka and Nanase deliver their lines with attitude matched only with the ferocity of the band. I have to admit that when I hear Ruka and Nanase emote “Don’t touch me!” … well, that’s my favorite part. You can find “PLATONIC GIRL” on Wa-suta’s CAT’Ch the World album, on sale now.
