The girls wear their identical uniforms and move coordinatedly through the polished floors of the office. Wait, are we talking about idols or salaryman life? Well, as it turns out, Tsubaki Factory are talking about both in their latest promotional video “Shuukatsu Sensation”. As the prospective employees, Tsubaki Factory quickly point out the similarities between job interviews and auditions. With their smartly polished low heels and blazers, the group run through choreography that sometimes looks like the corporate lock-step and sometimes looks like those same cogs trying to break free from the machine. Anyone who digs the World Order aesthetic should feel a bit of compatriotism with “Shuukatsu Sensation”. Nakajima Takui> brings the funk to this second Tsubaki Factory single with some help from Dance☆Man’s arrangements. The collaboration is easy to spot, with Takui’s melodic sensibilities (and background vocals) and Dance☆Man’s funky keyboards and bass slaps on full display. Special thanks goes out to the fuzzed out guitar leads. You can go on the hunt with Tsubaki Factory starting on July 26, 2017.
