New PV Alert: Task have Fun – “Kime” wa Rock You!

For their latest promotional video release, Task have Fun perch atop a 60’s model Mustang for a song with guitar riffs every bit as muscly as the classic car. The car spins on a turntable, and Kyoka, Natsuki, and Fuka take the circular ride with arm choreography that barely contain the excitement of the trio. The pop chorus hits with the horn accents customary of the group, and the set immediately lights up. The white background takes over for the strong vignettes, and the black and white outfits get traded in for purples and whiles. “‘Kime’ wa Rock You!” is almost like watching two separate videos. In their “rock” gear, Task have Fun make their attempts at smoldering looks at the camera. I don’t think the look is out of reach for the young group, but they are much more convincing in their white/pop scenes. For those of you who haven’t given Task have Fun at look, “‘Kime’ wa Rock You!” gives you a quick spell out of the girls so you can call them by their name. “‘Kime’ wa Rock You!” gets Task have Fun in stores on June 9, 2018. Make it a date!
