New PV Alert: Tacoyaki Rainbow – Nijiiro shinka-ron

From their new album “Double Rainbow”, Tacoyaki Rainbow just blew my mind with the promotional video for “Nijiiro shinka-ron”. The wafting vocals of the verses carry the sound of danger behind them, and when things break down, the attitude comes out. The chorus hits like the best of the Eighties with a tough beat behind it . Rap interludes alternate with silliness and mean venom. “Nijiiro shinka-ron” provides an eclectic mix of sounds that keeps the listener guessing throughout. But most of all, it’s just a lot of fun. A warehouse seres as a set for this promotional video, but that doesn’t do justice to transformation of the stockhouse with tube lights and spinning spotlights. Things really hit when the lights turn off, the pen lights turn on, and the shoes start glowing. I think Tacoyaki Rainbow just jumped up to the head of the class with this release, and you should definitely check it out! You can find “Nijiiro shinka-ron” on Tacoyaki Rainbow’s “Double Rainbow” in stores now.
