Loaded with great production values, Lovely Doll’s “Yoake mae, niji ga sasu” should be enough for you to get up and pay attention to the long established group (especially if you are in one of the bubbles). The girls perform in a couple of sets: initially we see the dance in a darkened room with an A-frame ceiling followed by the wood stage of the theater we see in the other shots of the PV. The camera tracks across and through the dance giving an immersive effect and a unique look. Lovely Doll also transform from the dark colors worn in the majority of the PV to a showier red and black outfit appropriate for … well, appropriate for performances. “Yoake mae, niji ga sasu” is one of the more professional and pleasing videos I’ve had to write about in the last week, so I really hope you give it a watch. Lovely Doll release both “Yoake mae, niji ga sasu” and “Hiraki no symphony” on August 15, 2017.
