New School Kaidan Japanese idol appreciation
Former Doll☆Elements member Kojima Runa makes a splash with the promotional video of “with” from her debut Mini Album “The moon”. Runapon hits the beach in a cute strappy dress (or is that a jumper?). With special guest appearances from the sun’s rays and the ocean surf, Runa lips to her latest in between stretches up to the sky and playful twirls in the sand. Kojima is cute, clearly. But, her presentation of purity amid the elements give “with” an incredible edge. Not a slouch either, the musical offering gives Runa plenty of material to chew on: grooving bass guitars and funky rock rhythms from the guitars and drums. “With” is a great pop product that really caught my eye on my daily perusal of recent idol PVs, and I hope Kojima Runa pleases your eye as well.
