Kobushi Factory open the promotional video cycle for their latest single with a midsummer treatise on being good girls and growing up. Tsunku, that father of all things Hello! provides another arrangement that eschews the traditional song format for something more akin to a free flowing chain of events. And what a chain of events lie in store for Kobushi Factory. The girls feel the heat practicing their choreography in a traditional Japanese room, pausing occasionally stopping to cool down in front of a fan. Hirose Ayaka and crew do good and help a young girl get her stray balloons back (teamwork!), help an ailing elderly man get his furniture back on his cart (more teamwork!), and liven up a summer party with their practiced performance skills. “Kitto Watashi wa” delivers a healthy dose of small town Japan living and the Magnolia girls transformative performance. “Kitto Watashi wa / Naseba Naru”, the 6th single from Kobushi Factory, goes on sale August 8, 2018.
