EGFamily’s next release in their 5 weeks of releases is the first release from Happiness in over a year. “POWER GIRLS” puts manga visuals on a rock funk track that grooves with, well, power. The video treatment puts the seven girls in the hyper-real colors and partitioned boxes of your favorite manga series. Action bubbles accent the visuals and adds an interesting way to introduce the girls to the new comers. Studio sets are crammed with detail that may or may not make sense, but that doesn’t really matter in the context of “POWER GIRLS”. Musically, “POWER GIRLS” give us plenty to cheer about with its muscular grooves heavy with electric guitars and thick drum grooves. Hell, you might hear a sextuple fill in the mix! And of course, the choreography is “on point”. “POWER GIRLS” is available as a digital download from the retailers listed below, and through the official single portal.
