We are getting really close to the long awaited major debut album from GANG PARADE. A month out from the release, the group release the promotional video for the track “LOVU (らびゅ)”. The opening track from “LOVE PARADE” puts the group in the guise of an emotional, band arranged rocker. Guitars ring out a melodic twang that transitions to a driving chorus in a way that gives the group a sobering touch. Meanwhile, the group wear all white outfits that seem to recall a funeral. There are clear séances at work with “LOVU”, and when the group starts bending shape, I’m very certain we are looking at astral projections. GANG PARADE’s now robust lineup look well put-together with synchronized twirls that pop in a way that only a group of this size can. While “LOVU” doesn’t wear the GANG PARADE gonzo face that one might expect from this release (we have LOVE COMMUNICATION for that), the song will serve as a nice bridge for those looking for the “next” wave of WACK groups (yes, I know). GANG PARADE’S first major album LOVE PARADE on sale November 13, 2019.
